Ivy Park at Burbank

Great, clean place

I had an extremely distressing experience with Ivy Park at Burbank. I had a good tour and resolved to have my husband move in as a resident. I put down a hefty $$$$ deposit, filled out over 20 different forms with lots of extremely personal health and other info, and arranged for furniture delivery. Then, after my husband's assessment, the staff at Ivy ghosted me. The three upper management people that I had been dealing with wouldn't return my calls, emails, or texts. They still haven't.

I am a resident of this facility and of late it's been somewhat difficult living here. It's short of staff and management is unsympathetic to my needs, such as needing to go to the doctor for an emergency and being denied. Then finding out another resident was allowed to go to a doctor's appointment on an off day. This place is all about getting more money out of you and without any...,.. thing in return.
